REGISTRATION
Registration for
Immanuel’s Encore shall be open to any child who is in kindergarten
through sixth grade regardless of race, color, creed, or sex, provided
that the program can meet the needs of that child.
A child will be
registered when Encore has received a completed Admission Form and
contract with the paid Family Registration Fee. Children
will be registered on a first-come/first served basis. Once Encore
is full, a waiting list will begin.
ENROLLMENT
Enrollment is contingent
upon full and complete disclosure of child’s condition including but not
limited to, physical health, mental health, special needs, and
allergies.
The following forms must be completed and returned in order for a child
to be enrolled.

FEES
- The Registration Fee is $25.00 per family and is
non-refundable. Encore students must have a contract on file in
order to attend. Encore will charge a daily rate of $5.00 per
child. Children who attend 2 days a week or less will be considered
walk-in students and will be charged $10.00 per day. Any returned
checks will be charged a $20.00 fee. Tuition will be due at the
beginning of each month based upon that month’s contract. Tuition is
late after the 15th and will be subject to a $10.00 late fee
if not paid in full each month. Accounts which are 30 days late may be
subject to removal from the program.

HOURS OF
OPERATION/ABSENCES

Encore follows the
Paducah City School Calendar.

2. Encore
operates from 2:30pm till 6:00pm
- 3. Encore
staff will pick-up children at Clark Elementary School at 2:55pm.
Kindergarteners are met in their classroom while 1st thru 5th
grades have a designated meeting room where Encore staff receives them.
We then all come together at the back entrance breezeway of the
preschool/kindergarten hall. Encore staff will be responsible for
picking up children who have registered for enrollment each day as
stated in each child’s contract. If your child is ill, will not be
attending for some other reason, or was not signed-up and will be
attending, you must call the church office (443-5306) before 2:30pm.

If we are not notified by 2:30pm of a
change in schedule you will be

charged a $10.00 fee for each occurrence.

A child, who is not scheduled to attend but
arrives at Encore without prior

notification, will be sent to the school office to call a parent.*

4.
If there is bad weather, Encore will close if Paducah City
Schools cancel class. Watch for school closings on the local news to
see if Paducah City Schools are on the list.

Purpose:
Immanuel Encore
is a ministry of Immanuel Baptist Church, Paducah, KY, which operates as a
weekday paid tuition program. We offer after-school care for
children in Kindergarten through grade 6 to meet the needs of families
living in our community as well as families of Immanuel Baptist Church.
Philosophy:
"Train children in
the way they should go and when they are old they will not depart from
it." - Proverbs 22:6
We believe that God
is the designer of how people grow and develop. God's design for young
children is in a sequential manner with predictable stages of
development. We recognize that each child is unique and valuable. To
respect the nature of the child and the progression of development is to
respect God's dynamic creation.
It is our goal to
provide helps and challenges in this growing process through a balanced
and well planned program. Our daily schedule consists of "hands on"
learning while participating in individual, small group, and large group
activities.
It is our intention
to nurture the development of the whole child by focusing on spiritual,
physical, emotional, social or cognitive growth. As Christian teachers,
it is our desire to provide a loving and positive environment involving
God and His principles of life.
